Begin with a physical sample.
A Go Nayls fit profile records the physical sample number that suits each of your ten nails. It is not a measurement taken from a photograph. Start with the universal physical sizing set and follow its fitting instructions. If you are unsure about a sample, ask the team before confirming your sizes.
For your first purchase, we suggest one set. That gives you a chance to establish the fit and understand your preferred shape before ordering several designs.
Measure both hands, one finger at a time.
Work through your left thumb, index, middle, ring and pinky, then repeat for the right hand. Do not assume that matching fingers on opposite hands have the same size. Record the sample number you actually tried.
The site shows all ten positions so you can check what is complete and what is still missing. Take a moment to compare each saved number with the physical sample before moving on. The visual hand diagram helps you identify a finger; it does not measure it.
Save a separate profile for each shape.
The current shapes are Short Square, Medium Square, Long Coffin and Almond. Save sizes under the exact shape you measured. Changing shape can change the physical fit, so an Almond profile should not be treated as a measured Square profile.
When you try another shape, use the appropriate physical samples and record another ten-size profile. Your finish preference is a separate choice: Glossy and Matte describe the surface appearance, not the size.
Check the sizes travelling with your order.
At checkout, each set shows the fit for its selected shape. A completed profile supplies all ten sizes. If a profile is incomplete, the missing positions remain visible for confirmation before production.
When you submit an order request, the selected sizes are attached to that set as an order snapshot. This gives the team a record of the fit you submitted, even if you later update your saved profile. Always review the shape and numbers before submitting.
Keep your profile within reach.
Your bag and fit can be saved in the browser on your current device. Clearing browser data can remove those local copies. Verified WhatsApp accounts support cloud profiles when WhatsApp sign-in is available; look for the sign-in option rather than assuming a local profile is already synced.
